Precision
When using aerial photographs and satelite imagery, accurate positioning of the images in a real world context is extremely important. Change detection and time series can only be done successful if the different images align perfectly. Also, in producing aerial photograph mosaics, the individual images need to align perfectly with each other. Using IMAGINE AutoSync you can georeference one or more images at high precision.
Automatic referencing
IMAGINE AutoSync can be used for: enhancing the co-registration of thwo previously georeferenced images correlating a raw (not yet referenced) image to an existing, accurately projected image simple matching of two images with a small overlap. Each image can be georeferenced automatically, wether it’s a historical or a recent image, or from low resolution satelite images like Landsat or Aster or high resolution images like IKONOS, Quickbird or SPOT.
